Discover the rich history of the immigration of Eastern European Jews to Ellington.   By 1909, the Connecticut Jewish Farmers Association of Ellington had seventy-two members, one of the largest settlements of Eastern European Jewish Farmers in the country. In this program, you will learn how and why these immigrants came to Ellington, whether they were successful, and where these families are now.
