Ellington Historical Society presents Pewter Pot Chocolatiers In-Person
Ellington's America 250 celebrations continues with this program sponsored by the Ellington Historical Society.
In period attire, Pewter Pot's master chocolatiers will demonstrate how chocolate was crafted and enjoyed in early America, when it was both a treasured indulgence and a restorative drink. Discover the warming spice blends, nutmeg, cinnamon, clove, and ginger that defined colonial flavors and transformed chocolate into a true luxury. Samples too!
