Sound Playground In-Person
OPEN TO AGES 9-12
PARENT/GUARDIAN MUST REMAIN IN THE BUILDING FOR THE ENTIRE PROGRAM
Kids ages 9-12 are welcome to join this hands-on program including gongs, singing bowls, and more. Amy Ordonez ("Miss Amy") from Studio 13 will show you how to rim a singing bowl, make a gong sing like a whale, ring a Pakistani cattle bell, and mimic a wave with an ocean drum. After you have plenty of time to explore, the group will work together to create a meditative sound scape. Please bring a towel or yoga mat - you'll use these at the end of the program. Registration is required.
